Welcome to the Burn Belly Fat Blog! This is my endeavor to address the many issues surrounding the challenge that is presented when we try to burn belly fat. I have had this challenge myself in life. For a long time, I tried to tackle this with a ‘logical’ approach – that is, I ate ‘healthier’ and worked out a lot. Well since then I have learned a few secrets.
