Welcome to the Burn Belly Fat Blog! This is my endeavor to address the many issues surrounding the challenge that is presented when we try to burn belly fat. I have had this challenge myself in life. For a long time, I tried to tackle this with a ‘logical’ approach – that is, I ate ‘healthier’ and worked out a lot. Well since then I have learned a few secrets. One of the biggest is that society’s idea of ‘healthy’ is rather warped. The second is that all those people who spend hours in the gym each week are actually wasting a lot of their time.

There are many different ways of tackling the task of losing belly fat. I have had to tackle this challenge myself, and for me being healthy is the most important thing. The goal isn’t to just burn belly fat, but to be healthy as well. So in this blog I look at different options of diet and exercise. That is, I want to share with you the secrets I have learned about precisely what foods are best to eat, how they will help you burn belly fat, how most exercises are actually going to hurt you, and what you can do to burn belly fat fast.

In the end, losing belly fat isn’t about doing a million crunches, or going to the gym 20 hours a week, or hating life for awhile.
